Takoyaki [my boyfriend]

Assalamu Alaykum!
So today I'm gonna introduce you to my boyfriend. Yes. In which, I haven't seen him for a long time since the beginning of Ramadhan, and I'm dying for him. Agh! 



Did you see him? Did you? Handsome right??? So irresistibl-y looking and so perfect. Not like that obnoxious guy wearing hoodie. I got this picture from Diabolik, and it reminds me of my long-time-no-see partner. So I decided to meet him, I google up the internet;

Takoyaki Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (480ml) Dashi
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2-3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Benishoga (pickled red ginger), chopped
  • 5-6 oz octopus, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • oil
  • Takoyaki sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce
  • mayo
  • Aonori (green dried seaweed)
  • Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
